During our October stay, there was no heating, no spare blankets, and no electric kettle.

The staff are so welcoming, easy to talk to, and always smiling. The new waiter was especially attentive, thank you to him. I loved the quiet atmosphere, and the place has a charming, classic English inn feel. Very Gustavian, or chabbly. My friend and I love stopping in for tea.
