The apartment and setting were lovely: comfortable, attractive, with beautiful views, and the location is excellent. We also enjoyed the weekly live music. You can order pastries for morning pickup, which helped since there’s no breakfast at the property. There’s a spa too, though the cold plunge smelled strongly, so I wouldn’t use it. The service and included amenities didn’t feel like what we expected from a place marketed and priced as a five-star aparthotel. It came across more like a serviced residence. The policies do mention some responsibilities, but they weren’t made clear in the main description. We had to clean the kitchen ourselves, including the fridge, and even crumbs could mean money taken from the deposit. Guests also have to carry rubbish across the car park to the bins. There was just one toilet roll per bathroom, and only two towels per person at check-in, regardless of how long we stayed. Fresh towels cost extra, and spa towels weren’t supplied. The kitchen had no basics like salt, pepper, or oil. There’s no restaurant or breakfast on site. Breakfast is available at a nearby partner hotel, but after several time-consuming attempts, we never got a confirmed booking, so it wasn’t a reliable option. Most staff spoke little English, which stood out at a property aimed at international guests and presented as five-star. It’s a nice place in a great spot, but I’d read the rules closely and wouldn’t expect a traditional five-star aparthotel level of service.

Floriane and her team really make this place feel special. The apartments are spacious and well equipped, and the amenities and service are both high quality. The location is excellent too.

You’re right by the main ski lift, and the chalet has lovely facilities, including a pool and hot tub. It’s beautiful, though there’s no restaurant.
