The rooms matched the pictures exactly, and everything was great. The owners speak Spanish, which made it easy to communicate. I highly recommend staying here.

You can leave the car behind at this modest hotel, right in the city center. The rooms are clean and decent, but there’s a lingering bleach smell. During a heatwave, opening the windows didn’t bring in any air, though the fan provided was very useful.

The location was good, the mattress comfortable, breakfast good, and the welcome friendly. But cleanliness needs work: there was dust, hair from other people in the shower and bathtub, and the bedspread was dirty. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the owner smoked in the reception area. There was no shower rail to hold the shower head, so you have to hold it yourself.

Right in the center of Luchon, this hotel is good value for money. The staff are friendly, and I recommend it 😄.
