Breakfast had local produce and homemade jam, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The proprietor was very friendly and spoke English, though I tried speaking French. We were stopping on the way to Spain, and the hotel was lovely and quiet, with easy places to walk our dogs. We hoped to stay again on the way back but had to cut our trip short. Next time we go, we'll definitely stay here.

We got the last room, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Everything was immaculate, newly redone inside, and had nice views. For the same quality, it was a far better deal than the chain hotels nearby. We'd almost missed out, but found the best value place around, with the nicest staff you can imagine. Don't miss it!

There's beautiful countryside around, but nothing nearby. The place is scruffy and tired, and needs serious maintenance. The food in a jar is very ordinary, so avoid it.
