The whole property badly needs renovation. My room was dirty, the bed linen was stained, and there were cracked tiles with sharp edges that could have cut my feet. They seem to think that's acceptable. For the same price, I'd recommend a nearby hotel instead.

The receptionist was pleasant, and the residence is conveniently located with everything close by. The pool was nice enough, but much too cold. Our apartment was full of dog and other pet hair, and the old furniture, especially the bedding, made for a terrible night's sleep. The hallway wasn't very clean either and hadn't been cleaned all week. It all needs more maintenance. For what we paid, I expected better. What a shame! 😏

The apartments are practical, and both the residence and surrounding area are quite clean and well kept. It's an ideal base for exploring the wine route. Too bad the pool isn't open on Saturday mornings.

The accommodation is incredible, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of Alsace and just 2km from the free motorway. There are two parking lots, one of them quite large. Still, I gave it 4 stars when it could've been 5. The pool water was 25 degrees, which felt cold, especially with it -3 outside. At €1225 for Christmas week, it was a bit steep. The sauna costs extra, and having to book the small gym is incomprehensible. There's no washing machine in the apartment, only one in the residence for an extra charge. The team managing the place felt rather distant, which is a shame. A warmer atmosphere would've made it 5/5. Thanks anyway.
