The team were excellent, welcoming, friendly, and genuinely professional. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. Still, the place feels completely outdated, with old furniture and a look that clearly needs renovation. The bed was small and not very comfortable, disappointing for a Mercure. I was also surprised there was no room safe, which seems like a basic feature for an international hotel chain. Parking costs 12€ per day. The staff do their best, but the condition of the building and room facilities fell short. Without a serious renovation, I wouldn't stay here again.

We had a superbe view of this beautiful, green city from the 8th floor. The service, staff, and hotel were all very good. It's beside the Tram and the Casino, and just a five-minute walk across the bridge to the center. You can reach the Cittadelle on foot or take the city bus, which is free on Saturdays. Excellent hotel.

The staff were very friendly, and it was easy to arrive by car. The location is very good. The room and bathroom could use some refurbishment, but everything was clean, and it worked perfectly for one night.

The rooms are nice, though pretty basic, and it would be helpful to have extras like a toothbrush or an iron. The location is amazing, very close to the station, and the staff are lovely. Special thanks to maurine. Not bad!
