I got an online booking confirmation and called the hotel to check it. When we arrived, they couldn't find our reservation, and later we learned it had been cancelled. We never received a cancellation message before arriving. The rate was also much higher than the one we expected. On top of that, the hotel's card machine wasn't working, so we had to arrange cash. Please consider this a claim and refund the difference, along with compensation for the inconvenience. Thank you.

I wasn't expecting much quality for 40 euros for a double room. I was only there to sleep. But the sheets were dirty, covered in yellow and black stains, and that really brought down the value for me. We arrived late, so there was nobody to ask for clean ones. It was also extremely hot in August, and with no air conditioning, we had a sweaty night.

The bed was very comfortable, and for the price I found the stay quite satisfactory. There were some drawbacks, though: the window wouldn't close properly, and there was no air conditioning on a very hot day. We also had to pay €3 per towel. The receptionist couldn't communicate in English, even a little, and didn't give us the correct change.

There was room for three people and a TV in the room, which made it fine for a one-night stay. You get what you pay for. The bathroom and shower are outside the room, and both spaces are very cramped. That's why I'm giving it four stars.
