I can’t give it less than 1 ⭐. This place was awful: neglected, dirty, smelly, noisy, cramped, with lousy internet, no heating, and rampant smoking in rooms. I couldn’t find any smoke detectors. The fire extinguishers had no check dates, so perhaps they’ve never been calibrated. It felt unhygienic and poorly managed, and overpriced. How can anyone give it more than 0 when Google requires at least 1 star? The front desk was hardly ever staffed, so if you had a problem or even a fire, you’d be in trouble. Cheap or not, it shouldn’t be charging customers to stay. At the very least it felt completely unsafe, and families especially should avoid it. Booking here was my mistake, lesson learned. Hopefully this puts others off. There are many better alternatives. The company seems to have no pride, principles, or safety standards.

We had a bad experience. The receptionist was rude, and the 24-hour check-in didn’t work, leaving us waiting outside. The sheets smelled of smoke, and the towels smelled even worse, so my shower felt wasted. The room was unpleasant.

For the same price, I’ve stayed in better places. This is a budget hotel, and getting any sleep in the morning was hard, with people slamming doors and shouting in the corridor. The internet signal was so weak that a page took a minute to load.

The corridor smelled strongly of cigarettes as soon as I arrived. It’s cheap accommodation, and you get what you pay for.
