Huge floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony made this a great place for our family. Each morning, fresh bread and croissants were delivered, and the fridge had water, milk, yogurt, butter, and juice ready for us. There was also a Nepresso machine and pods. Amazing spot in a perfect location.

We were thrilled with our booking at Patio De L'Intendance. My wife, our grown son, and I met up in Bordeaux, and the loft worked perfectly for three: one separate bedroom with a large bed, plus a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The compact modern kitchen was fully equipped. The location was beyond what we’d hoped for, right among bars and restaurants and close to the modern public trams. Each morning at 8:15, croissants and baguettes arrived at the door, and the fridge was stocked with butter, jam, orange juice, yogurt, water, and more, so we could get going straight away. The small modern lift is working now too, so there’s no need to haul bags upstairs.

The worst. Bugs, a dirty, musty place, and the owner wouldn’t refund me. Stay far away, and buyer beware!
