The location made it easy to explore the medieval city, and the hotel was amazingly quiet. We slept comfortably in the beds, and the staff were lovely and friendly. There's a pool and you can get a massage. Our AirBnB was terrible, so we only stayed one night, but we'd come back.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, and our room was spacious and very clean. Everyone on staff was really helpful. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

10/10
Friendly staff who all speak English, nice clean rooms with good linen, and a pleasant walk to the main town centre. This is a great mid-range hotel close to the old city.

8/10
It's only a few minutes on foot to the old town and just outside the Carcassonne castle, which makes the location great. The staff were friendly, and our small room was clean. The lack of an elevator was a bit of a challenge for older family members. The bar's wine selection was limited and just so-so, so you might prefer to head into town for a drink.

10/10
The hotel has a small pool and a lovely sunny patio, plus a nice bar and clean rooms with cosy beds. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and it's hard to imagine a better location for visiting the Cite. One small downside is that rooms overlooking the main road may get some traffic noise.
