I was especially impressed by how warm the welcome felt and by the quality of the services. The staff are consistently attentive and caring, and the activities they organize are varied and enriching. I highly recommend this residence.

Good evening. My elderly friend stayed for a few months in 2024, and still hasn't received the remaining balance of her security deposit. She has complained to the establishment many times, but the manager has refused to meet with her. It's unacceptable that, even after several exchanges with the head office in Paris, she still can't recover the money owed to her. The balance should have been refunded two months after she left. The only option left is legal action to get it back. How can they take advantage of elderly customers? Will the manager finally deal with this? There must be others in the same situation, as several review sites suggest. RTL and M6 have reported on it too. The national managers are covering up the financial problems in Chartres.

Our guide, Helene, made us feel at home as she showed us around. The apartments were superb, and the staff were kind, professional, and truly top-notch. Bln Remas was an excellent place, and we were glad Domitis offered it to us.

The place was beautifully kept, and the apartment itself was lovely. We also got a very pleasant welcome from staff who were helpful throughout.
