Logis de Lussais

We had everything we needed to slow down and relax during a wonderful week here. It's such a beautiful place, and Julie and Eric were a great help. Thanks again, we'll be back!

The area was so peaceful, just right for a relaxing break. We had a couple of nights with friends and loved it. The beds were comfy, the gîtes lovely, and the pool was good. Eric and Julie were very welcoming and helpful, and we'll definitely come back.

The countryside views and beautiful location made for such a relaxing family holiday. We came to stay with Eric and Julie for my sister's 30th birthday and had the best time. They're fantastic hosts, nothing seems too much trouble for them. I've already recommended the place to family and friends, and we'll definitely return.

We were sorry to leave after four wonderful nights at Logis de Lussais. Eric and Julieanne were incredibly welcoming and made the stay memorable. Our six-person Gîte had two upstairs double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a twin room downstairs. There was also a living room looking out over the fields, a kitchen, a downstairs toilet and a private outdoor dining area. The two pools, one heated and one unheated, came with umbrellas, sunloungers, volleyball and floats, though we spent all our time in the heated one. Lovely walks are nearby, and Chef-Boutonne is only 15-20 minutes away on foot. It also made a great base for places further afield, like La Rochelle and Coulon. The whole place is beautiful, and we can't recommend it enough.
