The garden is a lovely spot to relax in the sunshine after exploring the area or walking around Chinon’s old city and fortress. The building and rooms are very nicely renovated, and breakfast made with locally sourced produce was delicious. In the evening, it’s a pleasant stroll into town for a drink or a meal. A lovely place to stay in Chinon.

The local breakfast was wonderful, and the proprietor was helpful. The rooms are charming, and the accommodation is well located beneath the castle. It had everything for a fantastic stay. If I return to Chinon, I’ll be excited to stay here again. Truly top notch.

We loved this B&B, tucked beneath the walls of the Chinon fortress. The rooms and views are gorgeous, and the garden is pretty. Staff were friendly and helpful, bicycle parking was convenient, and breakfast featured local produce.

The room was lovely, roomy, bright, and really comfortable, and breakfast was carefully put together and superb. Les Destinees is peaceful, with town close by, and the price felt excellent for what we got. Parking is free just down the road, which made everything easy. Florent had been so helpful before we arrived that we already felt good about the stay, but it still surpassed what we expected. We loved being here and will make a point of coming back as soon as we can. Highly recommended.
