Apartment Bonnard

You can wake up to a wonderful view over the Old City from this charming, comfortable, spacious apartment. It’s well equipped and within easy walking distance of everything. The double-glazed windows kept it quiet, and the original paintings on the walls added a touch of culture and an upmarket feel. The shower was new and sparkling, and the appliances were modern. There are three flights of stairs, 69 steps, and no lift, so keep that in mind. For longer stays, parking is available around the corner at St Anne for less than €30 a week, with come-and-go access. You need to go to the office on the first level down. It’s an older facility, and the ramps and spaces are quite narrow. You might get lucky with one-hour or four-hour parking on Rue Berbisey, but payment is required at the machine. I highly recommend the apartment. Duncan and Liz, Melbourne, Australia.
