We had our company’s end-of-year celebration here, and across all 13 courses nobody had a complaint. The food is a little pricey, but the taste makes up for it. Staff were warm and smiling, and the atmosphere felt cozy and high-end. We’ll be back next year!

Our plans got off to a rocky start, but the team at Maison d’Anthouard really helped turn things around. Maxim stood out from the moment we arrived, taking care of us at both the hotel and restaurant and sharing thoughtful recommendations for exploring the city. As a local, he knows a lot and shared it with real kindness and enthusiasm. His attentiveness and warm manner made the stay memorable.

The staff are impressively friendly and professional, and breakfast has a great range of choices. They also have Boules and a dedicated court if you enjoy playing. One thing bothered me, though: the bedroom’s glass door means you can literally see your partner doing their business from bed.

There’s a restaurant at the hotel, with tables in the mansion courtyard, serving French food that feels both traditional and fresh. The boutique hotel itself is lovely, set in a very old mansion. Rooms are bright and spacious, with high ceilings and a contemporary look. Parking is free unless you want to charge an electric vehicle.

Our room opened straight onto the courtyard, so we could easily grab a drink and sit outside. After two nights, the staff felt like friends. It’s a beautiful place with top-tier service, and the rate was good too. Really special.
