The room gave us a lovely view of town, and it was spacious and well kept. My dad and I spent two weeks at Résidence La Réserve, and the care we got throughout really stood out. Check-in went smoothly, housekeeping was attentive, and the front office team were always helpful. We’re especially grateful to Mr. Frédéric Parent, the General Manager. His kindness and personal attention made us feel genuinely welcome. The whole stay was handled with real thought and professionalism, and it went beyond what we expected.

The place was spacious and quiet, and its location near the airport was convenient. But there was mold across the bathroom ceiling and wall, around the bathtub, and on kitchen surfaces, in the sink corners and drain, and by the dishwasher. The sofa bed also had several stains.

The staff were friendly, which was the one bright spot. The rooms feel worn out and badly in need of renovation, and the pillows were awful. Cleaning was only done to the bare minimum. I’d call this three stars at best.

We were unsure about our booking after seeing the mixed reviews online, but the welcome was polite and friendly, and we felt at ease when we arrived. We’d picked the hotel for the easy access to the airport and Geneva centre, free parking, swimming pool, and reasonable price. After three nights in the Swiss Alps, we stayed here for two days while exploring the area before our flight back to the UK.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette stocked with the basic things needed to cook a meal. It’s a great place to stay if you need to get to the UN offices in Geneva.
