The little extras made my short business stays feel like home: the apartments have a dishwasher, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen, and tea or coffee is left for guests arriving after the shops have shut. I've stayed in Givet several times and tried all of Emilie and Dominique's apartments over the years. Every one was in impeccable condition, and the welcome is always warm and natural. I highly recommend them!

I booked on 15 February for a stay in mid-May, got confirmation, and spoke with the host about bicycle storage, which was available only for an extra fee. Then on 22 April, the host unilaterally cancelled my already-paid booking, claiming rather unconvincingly that booking.com had made an error. Even if that was true, why not sort it out with booking.com? This accommodation is unreliable, and I strongly warn others.

The owners were very welcoming, and the apartment had a lovely courtyard outlook and garden. It was spacious, spotless, thoughtfully laid out and fully equipped, with linens and towels provided and the beds made up before we arrived. I highly recommend it.
