Residhome Paris Issy Les Moulineaux

For 7 days, the room was never cleaned. The bed was made once, but the sheets weren't changed, and the towels weren't replaced at all. The bathroom got very little attention: the toilet was cleaned once, while the bath, sink, and floor weren't touched. The room was already dirty when I checked in, and there was no heating, so mornings were freezing. It was a very bad experience and far too expensive for what you get. Please be careful.

The location worked well for what I needed, but I wouldn't come back. Reception staff argued with me, then ignored me and left me locked out of my room. The floor was peeling from water damage, and there was a small hole in the bath. I hadn't realized Issy LeS Molineux was a war zone.

The location was excellent, and the staff made us feel comfortable. The reception team were friendly and welcoming, especially Mr.Dieudonné, who was kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. His colleague was courteous too. I had a very pleasant stay at Residhome.

The smart TV only worked for terrestrial channels, with its streaming features unavailable. I also couldn't get the bedroom air con going, and its remote was difficult to use. The room was hot, as another review had mentioned. The suite was spacious, with a small but functional kitchen. One awkward detail was the dishwasher cover: its outer panel was hinged on the left, while the dishwasher door hinged at the bottom. Since they weren't attached, the panel wouldn't close fully. It looked like a design mistake, though the dishwasher still worked. The body wash dispenser was empty, so I had to reach for the hand gel by the face bowl while showering, which was difficult and potentially dangerous. I also missed having bar soap, as the hotel uses wall dispensers instead. I booked one night at Residhome because the price was very reasonable compared with nearby hotels. Check-in was efficient, and I was told I'd been upgraded from a two person studio to an executive suite. The drinks in the suite were said to be complimentary. Despite the issues, I'd stay there again. It's good value for money.
