Rosemont made a lovely holiday base and felt like excellent value. The house is well equipped, with a big, beautiful garden that keeps children entertained, plus a barbecue if you want to use it. Shops for everyday needs are about a five-minute drive away, and there's even a toy shop for a rainy day indoors. Bordeaux, the Atlantic coast and nearby vineyards are all easy day trips from here. The area is very quiet. Now and then you can hear neighbors in their gardens during the day, but they're so far off that the peaceful feel remains. Check-in and checkout were friendly and efficient, and the hosts responded quickly to requests.

We chose Château Rosemont for a long weekend in May to celebrate our wedding nearby. The welcome was warm, and the whole place felt calm and authentic, just right for relaxing and sharing special time with our loved ones. The staff were pleasant and quick to communicate, and everything we needed for a great stay was there. We'd happily recommend it for a visit to the Médoc.

There are lovely walks you can take right from the house, and some of the region's most beautiful castles are only a few kilometers away. The manor itself is tastefully furnished, roomy and very well equipped, with a large garden that's ideal on sunny days. A wonderful place to stay, and one I'd highly recommend.

Château Rosemond worked especially well for our three couples and the children. The bedrooms were wonderfully spacious, and the secure pool was great for the kids. It has all the comforts of a fully equipped house while still feeling like a beautiful family home. We had a very pleasant stay.
