We were here for four nights. The room was cozy and newly renovated, and although it was small, I was happy with it. What really bothered me was the soundproofing. The door in the room next door kept making noise all night and all day. I don’t know why. The location is convenient, just steps from a metro station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, and the Seine riverbank is within walking distance. Service was average. I didn’t have anything to complain about, but there was hardly any service, which I suppose comes with being a small hotel.
The metro is right outside, and the room was clean and comfortable for the price. I liked the little touches, like earplugs by the bed and a gift bag with biscuits. I stayed one night and left very satisfied. The reception guys were super nice and helpful. Tarik got in touch before I arrived, and he was easy to communicate with. Some guests had left their bags out on the street, and he made sure one was safe. They came back for it as I was arriving, so I saw the whole thing. Great person! 👍 I’ll book again when I’m in Paris.
The neighborhood had a lovely homey feel, with cafes and shops all around, and the metro just steps away. While we were there, a huge, amazing farmers' market set up right outside the hotel twice. The location couldn’t have been better. It was our first trip to Paris, and we spent a week here before a week near the Louvre to experience two different parts of the city. They were SO different, and we really loved this hotel. The room was very comfortable, and every morning at 6am we woke to the wonderful smell of freshly baked bread. :) The staff were great. The woman at the front, maybe the manager, was fantastic and lovely, and Jose was incredibly helpful and funny. 10/10, we HIGHLY recommend it and would absolutely return if we go back to Paris.
Clean, quiet, and convenient, with a breakfast that’s improved since we stayed years ago. The price for the quality is hard to beat. The hotel is right across from the metro, either Breguet Sabin or Richard Lenoir, and it’s a 10-minute walk to Bastille and the River Seine. An excellent choice.
For a 3-star hotel, this is a very nice place. It’s clean, and every time you walk in, there’s a lovely perfume scent that gives it a bit of a luxurious feel. The location is perfect, and the room is smaller than in other cities but pretty good for Paris. The only downside is the bathroom. It’s hard to keep the floor dry after a shower. :)
