The food was great, and I definitely recommend eating at the hotel. Parking was convenient, and the showers and balconies were nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating, easily worth six stars. The road up was awesome too, and I wish I'd ridden it on my motorcycle.

The location and views are gorgeous, especially if you love the mountains. Service was very good, with a friendly, professional staff. I stayed two nights and would recommend this little hotel, though it's about 30 minutes from Nice city center.

For 12 euros, I found breakfast a bit stingy. There was just one piece of bread and no croissants.

We loved the spacious, spotless rooms and the lovely view from our large terrace balcony. The hotel felt cozy, and the service was incredibly warm and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and my family enjoyed every minute. We'll definitely return.

Kevin and his wife were so helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived, and made the place feel like home. The room was comfortable and very clean. The views over the mountains are beautiful, and Levens is a charming base near the picturesque village center, about half an hour from Nice, with great hiking routes nearby. Half board is reasonably priced and good value. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious every time. My only reservation is the lack of air conditioning. There was a simple fan in the room, so I'd rate the stay 9.5/10 instead of 10/10.
