The room had no AC, hair on the furniture, dust on the floor, and Wi-Fi that didn’t work. We didn’t sleep directly on the mattress because of how dirty things were. The one elevator in the building smelled terrible, and the staff were rude. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The mattresses seem as old as the lift, and mine had a dip that made me roll to one side. After just one night my back hurt. The lift looks like it’s from the 60s and I’m not sure it’s safe, so we’ve been taking all those stairs. Near the elevator downstairs, the hall smells like urine. Our room was tiny, old, and smelly, even the bigger balcony room the owner offered after my husband wanted to cancel. Opening the balcony meant getting hit by the restaurants’ smell. We arrived exhausted after our flight, but honestly, stay away if you’re coming to Lourdes.

The whole stay was miserable. Management was terrible, the food was awful, and the staff were rude. I can confidently say this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

We found food at the hotel restaurant even though we arrived hungry around midnight, and it was fresh and tasted good. When they realized we were hungry, they offered to make food. There’s no menu, they cook whatever guests want, something I’ve never found at other hotels. We’d come to Lourdes on pilgrimage and had booked a place with breakfast included. The room was decent and room service was good. It’s around 150m from the lourdes church, and I’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
