Years later, I still think about this place and the warm memories it left me. It was clean, classy, and classic, and the balcony looking out over the mountain ridge was a real highlight. I also loved the thick wooden doors. When my wife and I were figuring out where to park after lunch before leaving later that day, someone at the front desk overheard us and went out of their way to show us a gated parking area behind the hotel. Above and beyond. Such a good stay.

This was my third stay, and it was still amazing. The hotel feels very family-oriented, and my kids loved the children's area both when they got up and before bed. The rooms were great, and the bar was comfortable. Staff throughout were very helpful. A big thank you to Kamira at hotel roissy restaurant and her team, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. They couldn't have been nicer. We'll be back next year. Full marks all round.

It's a great spot, just a two or three minute walk from the sanctuary. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but had what we needed, including a hairdryer, kettle, and fridge. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was spotless, well located, and the staff were great. I can't say enough good things about it. We loved everything and would definitely recommend it to anyone heading to Lourdes. You won't be disappointed.

We loved staying here. Our triple room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. It's not a luxury hotel, but we had a thoroughly enjoyable time, and the sanctuary is only about three minutes away. There were plenty of coffee and tea choices, plus a kettle and a machine. The reception staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for us to catch our morning train.
