Really good work. I'm satisfied, and it was worth the price.

A great shop with lots of lovely items, and they can engrave fabric goods while you wait.

Like many shops in Lourdes, this one has all sorts of religious items, but it also offers embroidery on the spot. They didn't have the Occitan cross patch I wanted, so the owner immediately offered to make it for me that day. He was very kind, and the embroidery came out perfectly. Well done, sir, and thanks for being so courteous.

The service was rude. My wife couldn't pay with her debit card on the first try, and the girl at the register, who was wearing a nose ring, treated her like an idiot and shook her head in annoyance. The shop across the street is better.

The service was terrible and extremely unusual. I've never had an experience like it.
