Hotel Galilée Windsor

The building and amenities feel like they're from another century 😊, with not many updates, but it has beautiful views and is right in town, near the church. There's no air conditioning or fan in the room. The little elevator made group check-in take a long time. You can get lunch and dinner at the hotel, and there are lots of local shops nearby.

There isn't much room to unpack clothes, but the rooms have what you need, including a private shower and bathroom. They're not especially grand, and the food suits most tastes. The hotel is nicely furnished and located more or less in central Lourdes. I recommend it.

We stayed at your hotel on May 30 and 31 this year, and I'm writing from Viana do Castelo, Portugal, to thank your team. The Chef cooked fantastic food, and his Portuguese assistant was excellent too. The salon staff were friendly, helpful whenever needed, and great workers. The receptionists were real professionals. I do have a couple of suggestions: the mattresses need replacing because they're in poor condition, and the shower tap pressure should be reduced. Water sprays all over the bathroom, and lower pressure would save water. Wishing you lots of success. Greetings, Fernanda Abreu. 5 June 2018.

The food was canned, not fresh.
