Thea and her team have been kind, helpful, and flexible, which is why I've renewed for a second long-stay contract. I've been here for work since Bikube opened in late 2024 and have seen it grow. The cleaning staff are excellent, and colleagues who stayed here a couple of times really enjoyed it too, as long as the weather wasn't too hot or cold. The AC and heating don't work well in those conditions. I'd come back if Thea were still in charge. Dealing with the business side through Vinci is the opposite experience, they aren't easy to work with.

We liked the design, the cozy rooms, and the bathroom and other services. The space is just right for two, and breakfast at the hotel diner was good, though there weren't many choices. The main issue was that we couldn't adjust the AC, so the rooms felt cold.

It was a delightful deal, and the room, though small, was comfortable and laid out well. We didn't need much space, but there wasn't anywhere to leave a suitcase open. It's also hard to tell the place is there from outside. If you take a cab or car service, make sure they go to the entrance at the far end of the hotel. The online photos make the room look much bigger.

The corridors smelled bad, and alarms kept going off without stopping. Staff also came into my room without me saying they could. The price is too high for what felt like staying in a public student residence in France. Look up CROUS and you'll get what I mean. Also, don't mix up the restaurant and hotel on the maps, they're separate. The restaurant itself is okay and enjoyable.

The hotel and service were good, but the €100 deposit seemed very odd to me. It wasn't returned automatically, and I only noticed a week later. I had to call to get them to release it. That's not okay.
