The hotel itself was good, but the spa really brought down the stay. It’s very small, with just a hot tub and a steam sauna, and you have to book a self-service time slot, which we hadn’t been told about. The sauna smelled strongly of sweat and barely felt warm; the reading said 45°C. The tub seemed warmer, though the cloudy water gave us the impression it might not have been cleaned recently. The shower floor was dirty, and the changing room was hardly a changing room at all, as if guests were expected to arrive ready. For a place called a hotel and spa, that experience lowers my rating.
