The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and they handled my special requests quickly. There was on-site parking, and the location was good too. Everything else was great, but the gym could use some improvement.

The beds were really comfortable, and our room felt spacious. It was tidy when we arrived, and the staff were pleasant throughout. We also had a handy kitchen with a microwave, fridge and kettle, though we didn't try the breakfast that costs extra. It was fairly quiet during our stay. Getting into the centre takes about an hour on foot, or 20-30 minutes by bus or metro. Depending on the route, the nearest stop is a 2- or 15-minute walk away. We had a nice stay at Apparthotel 3 etoiles- Privileges Lyon.

The staff were charming and very helpful, and we found the bathroom well equipped. Our apartment was clean and quiet, and the location worked perfectly for us in Lyon. The beds felt a little small.

The market and local train are just around the corner. We ended up staying one unexpected night, and the room was clean with hot showers. The staff were awesome. Lol.

Every so often, a really bad smell came up from the shower drain, apparently because the plumbing and gas traps weren't working properly. It made it unpleasant to sleep.
