The green space is what makes this place feel special. You can picnic by the fields and the little “river,” where ducks and swans swim, and the pool would be lovely in late spring or summer when everything is green. It’s a cozy, country-style spot, a nice first stay in France away from busy streets. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, and there was plenty of parking. The rooms are small, though that felt in line with what I’ve found elsewhere in Europe compared with what Americans are used to.

It’s a calm, affordable place to sleep, away from the big city, with a large mall nearby. The reception staff were very friendly, the room was cleaned daily and kept tidy, and I appreciated the comfortable bed, extra pillows, empty little fridge, free parking, and the plants and wooden benches and decorations. The building feels old, with worn-looking walls and floor tiles. Bathroom tiles were extremely cold, and the only fresh air came through a tiny hole in the wall. There were no bathroom outlets, so drying your hair meant using the main room near the smoke alarm. No hair dryer was provided. The outside walls don’t block much sound, so people talking or walking past were easy to hear from bed. The TV was tiny, and the free Wi-Fi was very poor. Communication was hard because the staff had very limited English. The place felt more like a small holiday room than a relaxing hotel. Still, for a very cheap night and a friendly welcome, it works if you just need somewhere to sleep.

The outdoor pool is nice, and the staff are friendly. Rooms are okay and everyone speaks good English, but there’s no air conditioning.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s a good place to get out of central Paris for the day and spend time by the pool.
