The quiet location is a plus, and transport connections are good. The apartment looked nice at first, but there were a lot of problems once we looked closer: the toilet and shower leaked, the mattress was absurdly soft, and the headboard was completely worn out. The secure entrance door wouldn't close properly. The water heater only held enough for one person, the bathroom cabinet looked ready to fall off the wall, and the sofa was badly damaged and worn.
