We found the hotel handy for exploring Paris on foot or by transit, and the front desk staff were all excellent. The lounge was a nice place to sit with friends or have breakfast, which cost extra but had plenty of choice. There are two small elevators; we usually took the stairs down unless we had our luggage. Our room was a typical small Paris room, but well equipped, and the shower pressure was great. The beds were quite hard and the pillows very soft, so we asked for extras, even though we’re usually not fussy about that. Our window looked onto a courtyard, and construction noise meant we couldn’t really leave it open. It didn’t bother us much since there was no work going on at night while we slept. A decent hotel in a great area.

We’d book here again for a Paris trip. The location is right in the center, about a five-minute walk from two train stations, and it felt like good value. The staff were accommodating and kept our bags both when we arrived early and after checkout. Our room was clean and pleasant, with amenities and complimentary drinks in the fridge. There’s also a place to relax downstairs. The hotel has a pool and sauna, though I didn’t have time to try them.

Massi was the highlight, always a pleasure to see each day and so thoughtful with guests. We loved the sauna, the snack bar, the lovely amenities, and the beautiful scenery. The décor was gorgeous, and getting to Paris attractions was easy too. C’était magnifique! Our stay was so nice that we’ll definitely return.

I stay here for business and the location works perfectly for me, so I’ll be back. The rooms are cute and clean, breakfast is great, and the staff are friendly. I especially like the Juliette balcony. There’s also a pool, sauna, and steam room, though I haven’t tried them yet. I’d recommend staying here.
