Having laundry on site was especially handy on our multi-city trip, and we enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard at the tables after exploring. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shops. The Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées are a short walk away, so reaching the metro is easy. Our room was spacious and beautifully renovated, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The front desk greeted us warmly every day, and our room was always clean. The front desk and cleaning staff all gave excellent service. I’d say this is better than most of Paris’s major four-star hotels.

Everyone working here was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, easily a five out of five for the staff. The room, though, had a constant background drone from the extractor or ventilation system, even with the air conditioning switched off. Renovations were also taking place and hadn’t been mentioned when we booked, though they caused little disturbance. Without those issues, I’d give five stars.

My mother and I spent just under two weeks at Mode Apartments. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help, and the location was excellent. Our room was extremely clean, too. Thanks for making our Paris trip memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
