citizenM Paris Champs-Élysees Hotel

The rooftop bar looks out toward the Eiffel Tower, and the breakfast and coffee bar were delicious. I was skeptical about the food as a vegan, but after looking more closely I found lots of options. Thanks for that. The coffee bar was awesome, kudos to the baristas. Yoli and Catarina also took care of a room issue really quickly, and we appreciated how attentive they were. The hotel was right next to the Champs-Elysees!!!

The location made a huge difference in winter. Uber pickups were right out front, so no waiting in cold rain or snow. There were fast food and sit down places, a pharmacy, and a mall right next door, plus just about everything Parisian within walking distance when the weather cooperated. I plan to make this my regular Paris hotel in spring and fall and explore more on foot. This was my first time in Paris, and our second hotel. Considering everything, the location, service, and cost were easily the best. I love CitizenM generally, but this one paid close attention to details. When the lovely woman checking us in saw our five giant bags, she found us a room where we could move around and function. I really appreciated that, especially after asking how many bags we could store in the lobby. At the bar, Antonio struck up a conversation, welcomed me to Paris, showed me how to get water and other things myself, and gave me a great first impression of the place. The only thing that could improve it would be one of those foot massaging machines in the room. PS. Dietary restrictions mean I couldn't really have the breakfast buffet, but my significant other loved it and had it most mornings. The fresh squeezed mandarin and orange juice was unreal. Highly recommend.

Everything in the room could be controlled through an app, and check-in was quick and high tech. The room itself was small but cleverly laid out with modern design. They put the sink outside the bathroom, leaving more room for the shower. The bed was moderately firm and made for good sleep. This small hotel sits in the heart of Paris, with a fantastic location near restaurants and bus and train connections.

The relaxed, stylish feel made citizenM a nice base for seeing Paris, and the room was modern, clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy, the staff were warm, and I liked controlling everything with the iPad. Free Wi-Fi was a plus too. I’d gladly come back.
