Félicien & SPA

The spa was a real highlight for us. The masseuses listened to what we wanted and gave us one of the most relaxing, personal massages we've ever had. The whole atmosphere, from the scent to the music, felt made for unwinding. I surprised my girlfriend with this trip, and it turned into a perfect romantic getaway. The room and service were both smooth and elegant, and the staff were warm, attentive, and professional from the moment we arrived. Every detail felt carefully handled. Félicien Hotel is a lovely little find for luxury and relaxation, and we can't wait to return. Special thanks to Mme. Chatagnon and her colleague for making it all so good.

Christopher at reception was a huge help. He arranged birthday decorations for my girlfriend without giving away the surprise, and had the payment taken at check-in. The spa was lovely, especially having it all to ourselves. We stayed for her birthday weekend. The hotel was nice, and a short Lime bike ride along the river gets you to the Eiffel Tower and on toward central Paris. I'd recommend staying here.

The rooms were tidy, and the staff were very helpful. The area around the hotel is quiet, and it's a beautiful 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. For a short stay, I'd consider it, but read both positive and negative reviews first. There were things I wish I'd known before booking. The hot tub and other spa facilities shown in the website photos are only available to suite guests, which surprised me since the spa was one of my reasons for choosing the hotel. I had also read that check-in requires a €100 deposit, which is returned when you check out, so remember to include it in your budget. My stay was brief but had several problems. On arrival I was told my room wouldn't be ready for another six hours. I know rooms need cleaning, but I would have preferred to be told the proper check-in time beforehand so I could have gone straight to my room.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I liked the light panel by the bed for controlling all the lights. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and even gave me a list of restaurant suggestions. We stayed two nights. There's a private spa below the first floor, and you can get there by elevator. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.
