The staff were a real highlight. They were friendly, helped arrange taxis and extra items for special occasions, and knew the area well. We also left our luggage with them after checkout and felt comfortable about its security. Our small room worked perfectly for sleeping, and the balcony view of the Eiffel Tower was wow. I was concerned about access to the floors. Anyone could come in from the street and use the lift without a key card, and we saw other people reach their floors the same way. There wasn’t a continuously staffed reception desk or bar, so often we had to wait for someone to appear. Nothing went missing during our stay, but I’d think twice about booking for longer. The shower pressure was almost nonexistent, just a trickle from the heads. When we reported it, we were later told the technical team had gone for the weekend and couldn’t fix it. It was disappointing, and we’ll check water pressure more carefully next time.

Jon at the bar deserves a mention. He made lovely lattes in the afternoon and great margaritas in the evening, and made us feel welcome. The service from everyone was warm, attentive, and professional. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. The location made getting around Paris easy. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d absolutely recommend the hotel.

The hotel was stunning and in a fantastic spot, about 15 minutes on foot from the Eiffel Tower and only two minutes from a metro station. We stayed three nights in Paris for my sister’s 21st birthday, and the staff even decorated our room with balloons for her. The room was beautiful, breakfast was lovely, and check-in went smoothly. We loved the whole stay, it felt perfect from start to finish.

We stayed in Allure on the top floor, and that Eiffel Tower view is unforgettable. The hotel is stylish and spacious enough for our two kids, in a high-end part of Paris, with the metro about a five-minute walk away. Gregory, the front office manager, gave my kids chocolates, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend.

After traveling all the way from Australia and dealing with jet lag, I slept so well in the clean, fresh room. The hotel itself is cute and cozy, tucked on a fairly quiet alley. You can walk to Trocadero Square and the Arch, with lovely Eiffel Tower views along the way. I was very happy with my stay.
