The team really made us feel at home, always warm, smiling, and ready to help. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood that's well connected. Metro Line 1 is only a few minutes away, so getting around Paris was easy. We'd definitely return and highly recommend Hotel Piapia!

We were glad to have the larger room. It was very quiet, clean, and modern, with friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic, with seriously anything you could want, and I loved being able to get hot chocolate any time. The metro is a 3-minute walk away.

I booked this hotel through Booking with free cancellation. They tried to charge my card 150 Euros without telling me, then said it was a pre-authorization. My bank said there had been 30 attempts for different amounts, some as high as 500 Euros. They kept trying to debit the card even after I canceled. Be very careful with the owners, there's a risk of fraud!

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The hotel was fabulous, and there are tasty cafes and restaurants nearby, plus an easy walk to the metro.

The subway is right nearby, which makes this a great base for exploring Paris. We stayed three nights and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood to see its nice architecture and stopping at the many good bakeries, or boulangeries, for a bite.
