Breakfast had a good selection, but the room was too small for the number of people using it. There was only one coffee dispenser, and they kept running out of cups. My first room was tiny, without any kind of desk or chair, but the staff kindly found me a bigger one that was fine. Everyone I dealt with was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent.

Shaimaa was especially generous and cheerful, welcoming us and helping with everything during our stay. The reception we received was amazing, and all the staff were so welcoming. A perfect experience, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting.

Our train was suddenly cancelled, so we couldn’t get to Paris as planned. We tried calling the hotel several times and left messages, but got no answer, no call back, and no help. Booking.com also tried to contact them on our behalf and heard nothing back. When travelers need support in a difficult situation, the hotel showed no flexibility or goodwill. It felt like money mattered more than customer care. Being unable to reach the hotel in an emergency and getting no fair solution left us feeling completely disregarded. This experience made it clear that empathy and service aren’t priorities here. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The neighborhood seemed fine and was very quiet. It’s about an hour from central Paris, but you get what you pay for. The room was cleaned, breakfast was 10/10, and the staff were extremely helpful. A good experience.
