Hotel La Perle

Hotel La Perle’s location was our favorite part. It’s just steps from some of the best shopping and restaurants in Paris, or at least on the left bank. We spent a lot of time researching places to stay before choosing it. The lobby and downstairs area are very cute and calm, and there is an elevator. Our room was quite small, though, and it was hard to move around with all our luggage. If you’ve got a lot of bags or need room to spread out, book a larger room. The bathroom was updated and fine, but the shower head had odd water pressure. The room location matters too: the back rooms look onto a quiet courtyard, while the front rooms face the street, which could be loud at times.

The area is comfortable for walking, and there are good places nearby for coffee and food. The location is great. The room was okay but really small, and the bathroom was nice. Service was mixed. They kindly arranged an early check-in, but when we needed to leave a key with reception for someone to pick up, they questioned us about why and asked for our room number. That’s not what I’d expect at a hotel costing €300+.

Hotel Le Perle is an absolutely beautiful boutique hotel, and they were accommodating to all our needs. The breakfast and dining area is pretty, relaxing, and delightfully appetizing. I’ve written to ask what brand the duvet on the bed was, because its weight and luxurious feel were just perfect.

It’s in the best location, close to two metro stations and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. The area isn’t really crowded or hectic. The rooms are adorable, the price was fair, and we LOVED this hotel. We’ll absolutely stay here again!
