The staff were kind, easy to talk to, and always available. I left my luggage in the room just 20 minutes before my train, but one quick call to reception meant I could get back and collect it really promptly. The room was spacious and very clean, and breakfast was good, with gluten-free options. It’s a great location in Paris for planning visits and using public transport. Extremely pleasant stay. I’d happily return. 10/10 recommend.

The deluxe suite worked well for my family, with comfortable beds and a very clean room. Staff were friendly, helpful, and considerate. We had a few modest requests, and they took care of them quickly and efficiently. The free macrons and biscuits were a nice touch. There’s a supermarket and good shops nearby, and Gare Du Nord Station is about five minutes away. Loved our stay and would visit again.

Our room was lovely and spacious, on the second floor, room 201. I especially liked getting free use of the spa in the morning. Bathrobes might be a nice addition. Breakfast was good, though nothing special. After 11 at night, you have to ring the doorbell to get in. They helped with luggage on both arrival and departure days. We stayed three nights on a quiet street close to gare du Nord. A small gem!

Our host Gamini was the highlight of our six delightful nights. The breakfast was amazing, and Gamini really made the stay special. Our room was cosy and more than adequate, and Mademoiselle is in a great spot, an easy five-minute walk to Gare de l’est station. Thank you Hotel 🏨 Mademoiselle, and thank you Gamini for such a wonderful stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful the whole time, and we especially liked being looked after in the bar area. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. This is a lovely little hotel tucked away on a side street, and a good base for excursions around Paris.
