Hotel Marignan Champs - Elysées

The restaurant was lovely, with delicious food, and the staff were so nice and helpful. Champs Élysée street, with all its shops and noise, is a one-minute walk away, but inside the room it's quiet and peaceful. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.

The staff are a real strength: service was impressive, and their professionalism and attitude reflect strong standards. But the value for money fell far short of what I expected. As someone staying a long time at a five-star property, I expected some recognition or appreciation for my extended stay. There was no welcome amenity on arrival and no gesture of thanks, which I would normally expect from a reputable luxury brand. A five-star hotel should show long-term guests that it values them, as well as provide good service. That was completely missing here. I regret that I wouldn't return.

We stayed here in February for my partner's birthday, and the team were accommodating from beginning to end. They helped arrange a lovely surprise in the room, and everyone was hands-on and ready to help with anything we needed. The room was just as expected, and the location couldn't be better. We'll keep coming back whenever we're in Paris. Thanks, everyone.

The room was just right, with a lovely Eiffel Tower view, and the staff decorated it with balloons and flowers for our anniversary. From check-in through checkout, we were made to feel welcome. Everyone was professional, informative, communicative, and genuinely friendly. Special thanks to the gentlemen who helped with our luggage. Hotel Marignan is tucked away on a quiet street but very close to the Champs-Elysees street and nearby shopping. We had a wonderful stay and would book again on a future Paris visit.
