Harun at reception welcomed us so warmly when we arrived. He made us feel at home right away, sorted out breakfast for us, and arranged a late checkout, which made the stay more relaxed. The location was perfect, the room beautiful, and the bed unbelievably comfortable. We can't wait to return to Paris, and we'll 100% stay at Hotel du Collectionneur again. Giulia, the Duty Manager, had already made the trip feel special before we arrived. She helped by email and WhatsApp to arrange a surprise for my girlfriend, including champagne and rose petals in the room, early check-in, and a complimentary room upgrade. Everything was handled thoughtfully and smoothly. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made for a truly memorable stay.

Yohann in the breakfast room made our mornings something to look forward to. He took such good care of our whole family, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had what we needed. His friendly, attentive service and genuine care were phenomenal. The whole team made us feel welcome and valued from the moment we arrived, and the service throughout was exceptional. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you, Yohann and everyone!

Sarah at reception gave our group the warmest welcome and got us checked in early. She even arranged balloons and a cake in the room for my birthday. The concierge and bellmen were helpful too, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty to suit different dietary needs. I brought 13 friends to Paris for my 40th birthday during a busy season, and the attention we received at Hotel du collectionneur was exceptional. The deluxe suite I booked was on the top floor, with an amazing balcony view of the Eiffel Tower & the hotel lawns. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms had bidets, a major plus for Muslim travelers. I've stayed at almost 10-12 hotels a year around the world, and we left with great memories. I can't wait to return to Paris and stay here again.

We were a group of 13 visiting Paris at Christmas and had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The team took care of all the arrangements in advance, and even helped get a Christmas card to each person at check-in. Everyone appreciated the thoughtful gesture. We arrived around noon, several hours before the 4pm check-in, and they stored all our luggage without any fuss. The hotel is lovely, with a great bar and beautiful rooms, and the service was excellent throughout. Thanks to the whole team. We'll definitely stay here again on our next Paris trip.
