The staff at the front desk, especially Waciz, were great, and the location made getting around easy: it's beside a train interchange and close to a supermarket and cafés. Our room was a reasonable size. It would be useful to have a luggage rack and a rack in the bathroom for warming towels. Housekeeping could be a bit better. I'd recommend staying here.

We stayed just one night before continuing our trip, and the hotel worked well for that. Our room faced the train station, so the view wasn't great, though it didn't matter much for such a short stay. The room was clean and maybe a little small, but nothing bad, and the bathroom was especially clean and well cared for. Thanks to Lahnistelle for doing such a great job with both. I hope I spelled your name right.

I couldn't make the stay this time, but I'll plan another visit soon. My flight was disrupted in March 2026 because of the Middle East conflict, so I had to cancel. Abir was understanding and efficient with my refund request. After I sent the official notice from Emirates, Abir promptly returned the full amount to my original payment method. That took a lot of stress out of the situation. I highly recommend their service, and thank you.

Breakfast had plenty of options, and the room was nice and quite large for Paris. Brigitte kept it clean, the sheets and towels smelled fresh, and there was no unpleasant smell in the room. I did miss having a vanity kit and slippers. I was travelling for work, so being just a minute from Gare du Lyon was especially convenient.
10/10
The rooms were clean and well equipped, and there's a stylish lounge and bar downstairs. We picked Mercure Gare De Lyon because it was right at the station, handy for arriving on a regional train and catching a flight the next day. The RER goes straight to Charles De Gaulle airport. The station also has lots of places to eat, including Le Train Bleu, which we missed because we hadn't thought to book ahead. Lourdjy made check-in a highlight and really improved our stay. I'd happily stay here again when passing through Paris.
