For 37 euros for two people for one night, you get very little comfort. The tiny room only has two beds, a sink, a small TV and two power outlets. There’s no soap or towels. You can buy a towel from them for 3 euros. There’s no nightstand and barely space for luggage. You get in with a code, so there’s no access card. The showers and toilets are in cubicles in the hall. There are no toilet seats, men and women share the facilities, and the toilet paper comes from a roll. Breakfast costs 4 euros and is very basic: coffee, orange juice, tea, a few pieces of bread with jam, and some not-so-good corn flakes. Guarded parking is included. I’d only recommend it if you’re passing through and need a cheap place to stay. The lack of comfort makes it unsuitable for a longer stay.

I was so disappointed that I turned around and walked out. I’ve never done that at a hotel before. The room was tiny, and I fell over the low bed, which had the thinnest mattress ever. The bedding was clean, but there was nothing else in the room, not even towels. The toilets and showers were down the corridor. Even the dog wasn’t impressed. It gets one star from me because it welcomes dogs and the woman at reception was very pleasant. I wouldn’t stay here or recommend it to anyone. I guess you get what you pay for. 😪

The reception staff were really friendly, and the hotel, bathroom and my room, number 123, all seemed clean. Unfortunately, my son had bedbug bites on his back the next morning. Please vacuum, clean and disinfect the mattresses more often.

On our way back to Cherbourg, we spent one night here. The room and showers were clean, and everything was as expected. The hotel could use some refurbishment, but the stay was fine.
