B&B Hotel Orléans Saran

Check-in was easy even though nobody was on site. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the car park felt secure. A perfect place to stay outside Paris.

This was our third stay with B&B hotels, and they've always been affordable, efficient, and friendly. Tessa was amazing over email before we arrived, then very pleasant and accommodating at the hotel. We'd definitely stay again and keep using B&B hotels. 10/10.

The hotel is a two-minute walk from the hospital in Saran, which was perfect because I needed hand surgery there. We've stayed at B&B hotels before and were very satisfied again.

🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩The worst hotel experience of my life. After a 10-hour drive with two children, we arrived after 21:00, exhausted, and tried to check in at the machine. It couldn't find the reservation we'd made and paid for almost a month earlier through Check24. After nearly 30 minutes, someone came to let us in and handle check-in in person. She was in a terrible mood and had no manners. She found the booking but refused to let us stay because Check24 hadn't paid the hotel yet. We showed that we'd paid with Apple Pay, but she still wouldn't check us in. We explained that we and the children were worn out and just needed a room, and could sort out the payment issue the next day. Her English was very poor, and she spoke to us coldly through a translation app. Then a big, bearded man opened a door, shouting, and came towards us aggressively, telling us to leave and call B&B. He went into reception and shouted at her, I think he was her husband or something. He shut everything down and turned off the lights, leaving us alone in reception with our luggage and children. We called the police, but they didn't speak English, and the officer couldn't understand what had happened or where the hotel was. We don't recommend staying here. It was a nightmare that cost €134 a night.
