The chef was warm and full of charisma, and the service was excellent. We had a lovely evening, with tremendous food and delicious wines. My fiancée and I will definitely be back.

The staff were wonderfully attentive, and everything we ate was delicious and beautifully presented, with lovely pairings. A real hidden gem for a special occasion. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We felt relaxed and comfortable celebrating our anniversary here during the cold ski season. The food made for a fun, creative fusion experience, and the wine selection was astounding, with 400 labels and delicious, distinctive wines chosen for the dishes. I'll be cheering the team on and hope they get the recognition and accolades they deserve.

The elegant but cosy atmosphere made the meal especially enjoyable, and the service was attentive, professional, and welcoming the whole time. The food at Auberge des Gorges was beautifully presented, exquisitely prepared, and full of refined flavours. We were delighted with both and would highly recommend it for a top-tier meal in Chamonix. We look forward to returning.

Truffe, the hotel's canine guardian, deserves a special mention for keeping guests safe and comfortable. We stayed at the Auberge toward the end of 2023, and our host was friendly and professional. The stay itself was comfortable, but the restaurant impressed us most. The imaginative, well-balanced food came at a great pace, looked lovely, and tasted even better. The wine pairing was thoughtfully chosen.
