The rooms are spacious and spotless, with a nice design and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The team were all friendly, helpful, and quick to assist, and the little shop inside was a pleasant surprise with a good range of food, drinks, and snacks. I do wish they had rooms with two single beds as well as doubles. The website is easy to use and clearly lays out the services and charges. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in Strasbourg.

They listened to our concerns and promptly gave us a credit for one night, which I appreciated. Still, even with that credit, the price wasn't worth the stay. The room didn't match the description or photos: parts were dirty and badly banged up, and the space felt uncomfortable. We tried to make do with just a place to sleep and shower, but even the basics fell short. At check-in they didn't tell us there'd be no hot water after 9 AM the next morning. They later said it had been restored, but we still had trouble getting hot water. Over all three nights, only one of us managed one semi-hot shower. The microwave in our room didn't work either.

The small kitchen in the apartment gave me the option to prepare meals, which was especially useful on a longer stay. I spent 9 June to 15 June here and found the hotel comfortable and good value for a self-sufficient visit. There are mini-supermarkets nearby, and the location is very strategic, within a short walk of tram and bus stops for getting around Strasbourg and the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The entrance locks after 10:00 PM, so you need an access code to get in. Daily room cleaning isn't included; housekeeping during the stay costs an additional €15.

The room wasn't anything special, but it was very spacious for the hotel's price. The staff were extremely friendly, and when I needed to leave hours before breakfast opened, they still let me have access.
