The room was spacious and clean, and easy to locate. It’s an easy walk to both the train station and town, and the gentleman at reception gave lovely service. The bed felt a little hard, and if noise bothers you, bring earplugs.

We had a room with a large balcony and a pleasant view of the street. The hotel is small and affordable, and the staff, from the cleaners to reception, were genuinely friendly. They welcomed us warmly and let us leave our luggage after our last night. The shared toilet and showers were a little inconvenient, though the toilet was clean.

The owner or manager was polite, kind, and flexible, and the apartments were quiet, clean, and tidy. It did get a bit hot, since there are no ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the first-floor windows open. The reception guide was rude, impatient, and not proactive, which seemed a poor fit for work with tourists. The showers were also so low that anyone over 1.5 m has to literally kneel to wash their hair.

The reception staff were very kind, but the facilities need work. I could hear people laughing in other rooms because the rooms aren’t soundproof. Wi-Fi also didn’t reach the third floor, so there was no connection in rooms above the second floor.
