The room was a good size, with super comfortable beds, and it was super quiet. The lobby water filter with glass bottles and cups was perfect, and the location, facilities, breakfast, cleanliness and service were all great. Andre was really helpful throughout our stay. We'll definitely be back.

The meeting room worked perfectly for our presentation, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout. Our Spanish Erasmus+ group had a great time here, and we'd be glad to come back. Definitely recommend it.

Being right in the city center made it easy to get around, while still being simple to reach. It felt just like the Christmas getaway we had pictured. Before we arrived, Andrey even called with advice on where to park nearby, which was a real help since weekend parking in December is so difficult. We were welcomed warmly and offered mulled wine and fresh croissants straight away.

The staff made a big difference, especially Marc at reception, who was so warm and generous. The water dispenser in the lobby was a thoughtful touch, and the afternoon tea with treats was lovely too. Our room and the facilities were excellent, and the whole place felt comfortable and had a nice atmosphere. Breakfast and the location were both spot on. We had a wonderful weekend here, with superb service from a friendly, helpful team. Highly recommend it.

The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Even though ours was at the end of the building facing the street, it was completely quiet with the windows shut. The location was great too, roughly ten minutes on foot from the station, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the tram about five minutes away. We loved staying here and would choose it again.
