Greetings from Bulgaria. The staff were warm and attentive, spoke English fluently, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. Our room was spotless, the bed really comfortable, and we felt at ease as soon as we came in. There’s also a fantastic restaurant just around the corner, across from the hotel, which was great for dinner. Hotel Saint Augustin is only a quick five-minute walk from the train station, so getting in and out was effortless. If you’re visiting Strasbourg, I’d absolutely stay here, no second thoughts.

The room was modern and very clean, and the location is amazing. To me, this is a higher standard than three-star hotels in Paris. I’d highly recommend it. The rating should be 4.5 or higher, but older reviews from six to ten years ago, before the renovation, pulled it down.

I stayed two nights and really recommend this hotel. The room was so nice and very, very clean, and the location was great for walking to the station or around the city. The staff were lovely and helpful. It was very comfortable, and there’s an elevator and air conditioning.

This little boutique hotel is clean, with newly renovated rooms and a great shower. It’s in a perfect spot, about a five-minute walk from the train station and just steps from Petit France. The staff were excellent, very friendly, and ready to help. The bed felt a bit stiff but was comfortable overall, and the pillows and bedding were good. Our room’s AC wasn’t very strong, though it didn’t end up being a problem. Great stay for a good price, highly recommend.
