It’s so peaceful here. You can walk or run along the river through all the greenery, with birds singing and swans and ducks moving around together.

The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are nice. Didier is welcoming and cheerful, and the private house is in good condition, with a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV, and other amenities. It sits on the outskirts of Strasbourg beside the Ill River. There’s a garage, though Didier shares it with a neighbor, so street parking may be easier. The tram stop is a relaxed ten-minute walk away, which is handy since you’ll need to go downtown for groceries, restaurants, and other essentials. There aren’t any nearby stores apart from a halal shop where they speak Russian. A short walk away there’s a small patch of local five-story buildings and a less respectable crowd, with hookahs and people squatting. As a Russian, I’d still walk around there happily. It felt comfortable, and the people seemed to be living well. Highly recommended!

The owner was very welcoming, which is much nicer than dealing with a key box at other rentals. It’s easy to get into Strasbourg by tram. The house is spacious and pleasant, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Don’t hesitate to visit!

The owner was friendly and helpful, and the house is ideally placed near the centre of Strasbourg. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The rooms are spacious and it had everything we needed. I’d definitely return!
